Swastha NavJeevan — “Healthy New Life” — is a free, evidence-based programme that restores the dignity, calm and strength a cancer takes away. Its flagship is the Holistic Cancer Healing Retreat (HCHR), the world's first protocol to weave nutrition, mind-body therapy, art and meaning centred therapy into one structured, four-dimensional path to recovery.
Four connected areas shape the Swastha NavJeevan approach to supportive well-being
Nutrition, movement and practical lifestyle routines that support everyday physical well-being.
Mindfulness and reflective practices for calm, steadiness and responding to difficult emotions.
Music, art, writing and creative engagement that encourage attention, expression and participation.
Inclusive contemplation and meaning-centred practices that nurture identity, purpose and hope.
The wheel helps participants recognise personal strengths, understand where support is needed and carry balanced guidance into everyday life.
Eight connected dimensions support one complete human being. Select any dimension to explore its role in whole-person care.
Gentle movement, restorative yoga, sleep awareness and supportive lifestyle practices help participants reconnect with their bodies safely and confidently.
